At the world's most prestigious motor show -"Los Angeles Auto Show 2012" - Porsche has debuted the first footage of new Porsche Cayman in front of international public at the LA Convention Center. The Cayman 3rd generation models are 2-seater Sports Coupe is result of advanced re-engineering and will be available in the market with 2 variants - Porsche Cayman and Porsche Cayman S. The Cayman is capable of producing 275 horsepower using the power of 2.7 liter engine. The 2700 CC engine can sprint 0 to 60 miles/hour in 5.1 seconds. On the other hand the Cayman S 3.4 liter engine can produce 325 horsepower and sprints 0 to 60 miles/hour in just 4.4 seconds with availability of Sports Chrono and PDK packages.
At the world premiere, with the beauty of Porsche new Cayman, there are the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 models and Porsche Panamera Platinum Edition which are rejoicing their North American debuts at the LA Auto Show 2012. Uniquely known for their broad rear, lights design and All-Wheel Drive feature, the Porsche 911 Carrera 4 variants are making their broad presence in the LA Auto Show. At the Paris International Motor Show 2012, the 911 Carrera 4 models was showcased in September with the price tag starting from $91,030, excluding the $950 destination charge and will be on sale in the early next year.
The new Porsche Cayman's are much more efficient with its highly technical efficient flat 6-cylinder engines which are placed in the rear axle front. The new Cayman is equipped refined aerodynamics with lightweight body manufactured with the combination of aluminium and steel to make it more efficient as well as stronger and the redefined body is more lighter, faster, lower and longer with larger wheels, wheelbase and track width for extra-grip and comfortable driving performance. The new Cayman will be available to dealers in 2013 Spring and the price tag will be started at $52,600 for the Cayman and $63,800 for the Cayman S, excluding the destination charge of $950.
The Panamera Platinum Edition, showcased with Panamera and Panamera 4 All-Wheel-drive configurations, featuring in platinum silver metallic by incorporating premium features. The Panamera Platinum Edition will be available with base M.S.R.P of $80,500 and the Panamera 4 Platinum Edition will have available with base M.S.R.P of $84,600 which excludes the $975 destination charge. The models of Panamera Platinum Edition will go on sale in the month of January in 2013.

Los Angeles. Porsche is celebrating the world premiere of the new Cayman at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show. The third generation of the Cayman, which is making its appearance before an international audience at the LA Convention Center, has been re-engineered from the ground up â€“ it is lower and longer, lighter and faster, more efficient and more powerful than ever. The two-seat sport coupe will be launched on the market in two versions: Cayman and Cayman S. A longer wheelbase, wider track and larger wheels enhance the driving performance of the mid-engine sports car to a level without equal in its competitive class.
Delivering more power with even better fuel economy than before, any of two highly efficient flat-six cylinder engines is mounted just in front of the rear axle, surrounded by its lightweight aluminium and steel body. The Cayman is powered by a 2.7-liter engine with 275 hp; with the Sport Chrono package it accelerates from a standstill to 60 mph in 5.1 seconds. The 3.4-liter engine in the Cayman S produces 325Â hp; with PDK and the Sport Chrono package it sprints from 0-60 mph in 4.4 seconds.
The new Cayman will arrive dealerships in Spring 2013 starting at $52,600 for the Cayman and $63,800 for the Cayman S, not including a destination charge of $950.

Panamera Platinum Edition models go on sale in January of 2013.
