The aluminum structure refining the new Range Rover with a good strength, rigidity and light fullness, which is all implemented by the UK-based Land Rover’s development team and reducing the new Range Rover weight by 39%, which is saving up to 963 lbs i.e. 420 Kg, as per the market and specification. The US-based Range Rover variant with 5L V8 Engine will be around 700 lbs i.e. 317.5 Kg more lighter. With strength of rigid aluminum body, the new aluminum front and rear chassis architecture has been assembled with fully re-engineered 4-corner air suspension. 2013 Range Rover Performance, Efficiency & Technology: The new 2013 Range Rover with new aluminum lightweight structure gives best results in fuel mileage and reduction in CO2 emission with the outstanding performance, luxury comfort, better handling and sharpened agility.
