Kia displayed CUV luxury in hybrid concept of Cross GT at 2013 Chicago Auto Show

At the famous Chicago Auto Show, Kia on February, 7th 2013, at the press view, has unveiled an impressive full-sized Crossover Utility Vehicle[CUV] - the KIA Cross GT Concept - packed with luxury and efficient hybrid power, to strongly capture a segment greater than offered by today's Kia Sorento. In the powertrain, the Cross GT  equipped with state-of-the-art 3.8 Liter V6 hybrid Engine with technology of 8-speed automatic and torque-vectoring All-Wheel drive,  the V6 based Kia’s parallel hybrid system, is an optimized system in which a nicely packed electric motor with pancake-shaped  is sandwiched between the V6 and transmission. The whole system comprised of V6 and electric motor is quite able to generate a big horsepower of 400 and best torque of 500 lb.-ft., giving best all-electric range of 20-miles, making the Cross GT a class-leader in fuel economy and fuel efficiency.
