Audi showcased the 3rd generation RS 6 Avant, whose presence can be felt from its dynamic beauty at the ongoing Geneva International Motor Show 2013, in Switzerland. The pioneering performance of Audi RS 6 Avant, can be easily estimated from its overall specification stats which says that it can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h (62.14 mph) in just 3.9 seconds, with a top speed is 305 km/h (189.52 mph). The 4.0 TFSI V8 engine develops 412 kW (560 hp), the combined fuel consumption up to 28.8 miles/gallon. It’s the work of quattro GmbH, a subsidiary of AUDI AG, which makes sure that RS 6 Avant always delivers an undisputed sporty performance. It will be available to order in spring priced at approximately £77,000 OTR – first deliveries from the summer. The decreased size of 4.0 TFSI Engine gave way to develop Audi RS 6 with a peak output of 412 kW (560 hp) at 5,700 and 6,700 RPM, with a constant 700 Nm (516.29 lb-ft) of torque from 1,750 to 5,500 RPM. The two large twin-scroll turbochargers are mounted with the intercooler in the inside V of the cylinder banks. It has compact design and short gas paths to lower flow losses. The unobstructed intake system with eight cylinders of RS engine provides spontaneous response. Audi also provides changing flaps in the exhaust system for sound variation. The highest speed of Audi is electronically limited to 250 km/h (155.34 mph) but can be increased to 174 miles/hour or 189 miles/hour with dynamic package.
