On the second press preview day, Acura has revealed their sexy hybrid supercar with next-generation design and premium style in exterior as well as in the interior with its hybrid – NSX Concept – in the Detroit Auto Show[NAIAS] 2013. The dynamic clean presence with new premium interiors, advance technology and class-leading performance is all will make the sexy sports car really competitive in the segment of supercars. On this successful premiere, the vice president of national marketing operations, Mike Accavitti has expressed his view by saying that – “We’re making great progress in delivering on the expectations we created a year ago, with advanced technology that will bring new levels of performance and a unique, dynamic experience to the exotic sports car market.” With the theme of ‘Human Support Cockpit‘, Acura claims to have delivered a super sense of friendly interaction between man and machine by its exclusive driving position, enhance visibility for super driving experience. On the other hand, to be in the green car league to make environment better and clean, the supercar has already announced that the NSX will be hybrid Supercar with the power-train of mid-mounted, direct-injected V-6 engine perfectly combined with the Acura’s Sport Hybrid SH-AWD® System[i.e. Super Handling All-Wheel Drive]. The SH-AWD Sytem is a 3-motor high-performance hybrid system with All-Wheel drive technology and next generation hybrid efficiency by using 3 electric motors. Here first motor is assembled with the V-6 engine and the second with the help of third motors are responsible for the front wheel driving with very new DCT[dual-clutch transmission], to quickly provide the front wheels with negative or positive torque for advance level of cornering abilities. Acura provides first look at possible NSX interior design concept
Acura today unveiled a new NSX Concept that showcases the evolution of the next-generation supercar’s styling and design, including a first-ever look at one possible direction for the next-generation NSX interior design.
“This further evolution of the Acura NSX Concept design is remarkably true to the original concept styling,” said Mike Accavitti, vice president of national marketing operations. “We’re making great progress in delivering on the expectations we created a year ago, with advanced technology that will bring new levels of performance and a unique, dynamic experience to the exotic sports car market.” The new Acura NSX Concept is based on the expected underpinnings of the vehicle Acura will bring to market. Still, the new NSX Concept maintains its low and wide stance with the dynamic and alluring proportions that debuted in the original NSX Concept at the 2012 North American International Auto Show — highlighted by clean, modern and simple surfacing, and edgy details that communicate supercar attitude and a high-tech feel.
