The nomenclature strategy is applied to every product of Infiniti which ranges from Q – for Sedans, Coupes and Convertibles to QX – for Crossover and SUV models. As per the strategy each model is uniquely identified by a double digit representing hierarchy within that range. In the advanced step of brand promotion, Infiniti is quite prepared with the world debut of 2014 Infiniti Q50 which is an all-new Luxury Sports Sedan a replacement of G37 sedan, in January at the North American International Auto Show 2013 in DETROIT on 2013 and the new Q50 will be lucky one to have first Infiniti’s Q badge. The new nomenclature of Infiniti’s Auto-products will be implemented in logical stages within the existing auto range, as the next-generation Infiniti models i.e. the 2014 model year products are introduced.
